It is no news that I create a manager’s modified tactic after the manager must have made some effective changes to his style or even switched to another tactical style. However, this time around, it is Antonio Conte who has made some modifications to his Tottenham tactic, these modifications have altered his classic 3-4-2-1 tactic to be an FM22 asymmetric 3-4-2-1 tactic.

Moreover, these modifications came about after Conte included Kulusevski and Bentancur both from Juventus in his squad. Due to these additions, Conte made Kulusevski a right-winger while Son remains the left centre attacking midfielder, these altered the classic 3-4-2-1 to be asymmetric. The two tactics still possess some similarities with a few differences. So with that in mind, this post will be based on the changes that Antonio Conte made from his original tactic, so let’s get right in.
