FM18 Best Strikers as Free Agents to Sign
Well, let me just put it this way… A free agent in the professional football world is a player who has no contract with any club. Any club that wants his services will only negotiate his wage with him or with his agent. Some free agents in FM18 are really good. And can really be effective for your team. However, I’m going to share a list of FM18 best strikers as free agents to sign.
Sometimes, clubs that mostly benefit from free transfers are those that can’t afford to pay extra money for players on contract. Most clubs in American Major League Soccer usually go for free agents. And also, clubs in low ranked leagues in Europe do indulge in free transfer business. In general, all clubs do free transfer business; after all, who doesn’t like free things?
In FM18, getting a free agent who’s really good can be difficult. Most of them demand wages that your club may not beat. Moreover, a lot of clubs will be knocking on their doors, and this persuades them to increase their wage demands. If you can’t afford their demands, you’ll miss out. But in case you manage to agree a deal with the player, just prayer that no other club more reputable than yours knocks. Otherwise, you’ll miss out as well.
The List
The below list contains players with an age range of 25 – 32. I chose this range because a striker within this age can still be efficient for your team. Finding a good free agent who’s below 25 as a striker was difficult for me. And the ones above 32 in the starting season of the game, as a free agent, aren’t that effective. I, personally, don’t recommend such strikers. Only midfielders are found effective beyond this age range.
However, the strikers on this list are available as free agents in the starting season of FM18.
Feel free to check any of them, make your choice, and sign anyone you can afford. They’re the best I have tested.
