Here’s 2nd FM24 Matthias Jaissle Tactic with Al-Ahli. In the previous article, I mentioned that Mathias Jaissle lines up his team in two ways in FM24, which are:

• Classic 4-2-3-1 Version

• Asymmetric 4-2-3-1 Version

I have discussed the classic 4-2-3-1 version in the parent article, now I will focus on the asymmetric version. Remember in real life the tactic is 4-2-3-1, but due to Al-Huraiji forming a back-3 with the two centre defenders during attacks in some games, I decided to create the asymmetric version. I still field can’t field more than 7 players in a game, so I sometimes sacrifice either Firmino who I believe has lost his spot as the NO 1 striker or Demiral who is out injured. So let’s get into the tactical setups of this version, shall we?
