In this article, I will discuss the second custom tactic that I will touch on under FM26 custom tactics. That’s My FM26 4-4-2 Fluid Counter Attack Tactic. Here’s what FM26 says about Fluid Counter Attack: “Fluid Counter Attack looks to draw the opposition out to leave them vulnerable on the break. Players will be expressive on the counter, looking to combine and play through the opposition to create chances”.
The custom Fluid Counter Attack tactic that I’m about to present to you is of two versions, as my tradition requires:
- The 4-4-2 Classic Version
- The 4-1-3-2 Asymmetric Version
The 4-4-2 classic version will be discussed in the article, while my next article will be about the 4-1-2-2-1 asymmetric version. The team that I chose to create this tactic with was Osasuna. After 10 matches in the La Liga, we managed to be 8th on the table, making the tactic a success. With no further ado, let’s get into the details.
