FM21 Tactics: Brendan Rodgers 4-3-3 Tactic with Leicester City
In retrospect, we talked about Brendan Rodgers 4-3-3 tactic at Leicester City last season. This was a tactic we recreated in FM20 and it was efficient in the game. This time around, we reviewed his current tactic with the Foxes this season for FM21. At the beginning of the season, Rodgers started with a 3-4-2-1 formation but along the line, he moved back to his original formation that brought the Foxes amazing results last season before the lock-down.
From our review of Brendan Rodgers’ 4-3-3 tactic this season, there’s not much of a difference from his last season’s version. Still, in this post, I am going to showcase the tactic we recreated in FM21. All the results, stats, and video will be present accordingly. Without further ado, let’s dive in.

What do you do regarding opposition instructions?
Some find them effective but personally i don’t. So i don’t use opposition instructions.
In terms of training schedules, what do you use? Or for all of your tactics do you set these for AM to handle?
I leave that part for the AM while I handle the individual training.
