FM22 3-4-1-2 Fluid Counter-Attack Tactic: Custom Tactic

Counter-attack is among the most famous and oldest tactics in world football, and one of my favourites if I may add. The fluid counter-attack is among the most difficult tactics to create in Football Manager that would work effectively. In this post, I’m going to share with you, an FM22 3-4-1-2 fluid counter-attack tactic that I created that will fetch you positive results in FM22.

I have tested this tactic with PSG and Bayern Munich and it works very well, but I think it can equally work with teams like Liverpool. Man Utd, Chelsea, Inter Milan and AC Milan – or any other team you wish. It is left for you to try it out. So, let’s go into details about it, shall we?
