So I continue with the FM21 tactical battle series. This time around, am going with the UCL match between Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich on matchday 5. Well honestly, Bayern didn’t play as they use to in that game, especially in the first half – it was horrible. Bayern were lost and unrecognizable.
Anyway, in this post, I will discuss all I noticed in that game and use FM21 to interpret both teams’ formation setups, selections, and instructions that influenced their play. Let’s dive in.
