Last time, I compiled a list of the best Defensive Midfielders you can get free in FM18. But for now, I’m going to share the players who are natural in the central defence position. This compiled list showcases the best FM18 free defenders you need to sign. They are all available in the free-agent-database of the game. However, I have used most of them but I have monitored all of them by stats. That’s why I am recommending them in this post. Signing any of them won’t be regrettable.
The List
Players who are present on this list play in the central defence position. Some of them can play in the right or left defence (DR or DL) position, while some can play in the defensive midfield position. In terms of roles, all of them are natural in the central defender, defensive centre back, or ball playing defender role.
