In this article, I will be looking into another clean slate tactic under my FM23 custom tactical series. This will be the FM23 3-4-3-0 Clean Slate Tactic exclusive to Chelsea FC. Chelsea as we all know it has been struggling under Graham Potter since their defeat against Brighton, even after the mighty winter transfers they are still struggling. They are currently 10th on the Premier League table after 27 games.
Due to these difficult times that Chelsea is passing through, I decided to create a custom tactic for our Chelsea fans exclusively. To be honest, coming up with an asymmetric tactic with Chelsea in FM23, so I settled with a classic 3-4-3 strikerless tactic. Another reason I chose the no-striker tactic is because of the problem of a good No 9 Chelsea is lacking in real life. With no further ado, let’s get into the details of the tactic.
