FM23 Pep Guardiola Fighter Jet-Shaped Tactic with Man City
Welcome to another Pep Guardiola’s tactic in FM23 – the FM23 Pep Guardiola Fighter Jet-Shaped tactic. This will be my third Guardiola’s tactic in FM23. This tactic Guardiola came up with, is represented as a 3-4-2-1 tactic in Football Manager. But I will call it a 3-2-4-1 tactic, because it contains, a back-3, double pivots, two side midfielders, two attacking midfielders and a lone striker. The tactic lineup has the shape of a jet fighter in FM23, as you can see below.
Well, I first noticed the tactic in the game against Liverpool after the international break, except in the game against Arsenal, which I believed Guardiola to his traditional 4-3-3. Since then Guardiola’s side has been unbeaten so far, thereby I decided to recreate its replica in FM23. So let’s get into the tactical details, shall we?
