A few weeks ago, Luton FC secured their spot in the 2023/2024 Premier League campaign, defeating Coventry on penalties. This tactic that I will present in this article, is the FM23 Rob Edwards 3-5-2 tactic.

Rob Edwards took over the club on the 17th of November 2022, after Nathan Jones left to take up the Southampton job. The Hatters were 10th on the table before Edwards took over and lead them to the Premier League – which is wonderful. With that being pointed out, let’s get into the details of the tactic, shall we?
