The tactic that will be discussed in this article is the 2016-2017 Antonio Conte with Chelsea Tactic, under my FM24 Legendary tactic series. Chelsea under Antonio Conte’s first season, won the Premier League with 93 points, 7 points above the second-placed Tottenham.
The tactic Antonio Conte was not the 3-4-3 tactic, rather it was a 4-2-3-1 tactic. After losing 3-0 to Wenger’s Arsenal, Conte switched to a 3-4-3 tactic. Conte popularised the back-3 system in the Premier League that year, as many coaches started using the tactic. Moreover, while I was creating the tactic, I decided to test it with Crystal Palace, but you can equally try it with your team. With no further ado, let’s get into the details of the tactic.
