Welcome to my FM24 AFCON 2023 series, the team that I will start this series with is the FM24 Aliou Cisse 4-3-3 Tactic with Senegal. Senegal came to the competition as the defending champions, having won the previous version of the competition. They won all their three group-stage matches but were unfortunately knocked out in the round of 16 by the host nation, Ivory Coast.
Aliou Cisse used a 4-3-3 tactic in the competition but switched to a 3-4-3 tactic in round 16 due to the absence of Pape Gueye. In FM24, we won the AFCON with this tactical replica, so let’s dive into the details.
