Here’s FM24 Roberto De Zerbi tactic at Brighton. Roberto De Zerbi had a great start to the Premier League season, winning four out of the first five matches and losing once to West Ham. Due to the injuries of their top players, like Estupinan, March, Welbeck and Enciso, have affected their performances in the league negatively, as they haven’t won a match in four matches – plus their position in the table has dropped to 7th.

De Zerbi still uses a 4-2-3-1 tactic, with a control possession style. In the setup, De Zerbi wants his Welbeck/Ferguson to always drop from the CF position to the AM, making the AM the furthest attacker. This will be explained better in the tactical instructions, so let’s get into it.
