Best of Jose Mourinho AS Roma Tactics in FM22: 3-4-2-1 Version

Jose Mourinho was dismissed as Tottenham Hotspur manager on 19 April 2021. He was appointed the new manager of AS Roma, replacing Paul Fonseca ahead of the 2021/2022 campaign. Mourinho’s AS Roma has been one of the most interesting teams in the 2021/2022 Italian Serie A, as they sit 5^th on the table behind Juventus. Here we will present one version of Jose Mourinho AS Roma Tactics in FM22.

Since Mourinho’s appointment, he has used three tactics with the team which are;

• 3-4-2-1 Version

• 3-5-2 Version

• 4-2-3-1 Version

The above versions have similar tactical settings in FM22 with a few differences. I will detail the first version which is 3-4-2-1 in this post and the other two tactics will be detailed in the next two posts. So with no further ado, let’s get into the tactical details of the first version.
