Diego Simeone has done an astonishing job at Atletico Madrid. For me, I think he’s the best manager in Atletico’s history. And he’s been behind their success over the years. We have continued to recreate his tactics since FM17, and we did so in FM21. Therefore in this post, I’m to share Diego Simeone FM21 revamped 3-5-2 tactic with Atletico Madrid.
Over the years, the Argentine has always trusted his 4-4-2 tactic. However, so far this season, he did some huge changes in his formation, tactically and otherwise. He revamped his 4-4-2 to a 3-5-2 shape with a possession-based football. Let’s dive in and see how this was set up in FM21.

Very nice tactic. Are you thinking to make Inter’s Conte for FM21. ? The 20’s version is decent though in the new game
