FM23 Asymmetric Direct Counter Attack Tactic: FM23 4-1-3-2 with Empoli

Here’s an FM23 asymmetric direct counter attack tactic. In the previous article, I mentioned that my custom direct counterattack tactics are of two versions, which are:

• Classic 4-4-2 version

• Asymmetric 4-1-3-2

Since I have discussed the first version of my custom direct counterattack tactics which was the classic 4-4-2 tactic. In this article, I will be looking into the second version of the tactics which is an asymmetric 4-1-3-2 which is in a 4-4-2 setup. The team I used to try this asymmetric version was Empoli and it was a success as we are 6^th on the table after 19 matches. This version has many different tactical setups from the parent, which I will discuss below so let’s get into it.
