FM23 Christophe Galtier Tactic | FM23 Asymmetric 4-3-2-1 with PSG
In this article, I will talk about version 2 of FM23 Christophe Galtier tactic with PSG. In the previous article, I mentioned that the French coach uses two tactics this season, which are:
- Asymmetric 4-3-2-1 Christmas Tree version
Here, I will focus on the Christmas tree version. Even though this version normally appears as a 4-4-2 diamond or 4-3-3 tactic on paper but it is actually a Christmas tree tactic, an asymmetric a that due to Mbappe maintaining his position as a left-centre forward.
Galtier first used this tactic when Kimpembe got injured earlier this season, he introduced Fabian Ruiz as an extra midfielder and deployed Verratti as the deepest midfielder. With no further ado, let’s get into the details of the tactic.
