In this post, I will discuss a tactical replica of the FM23 Pep Guardiola tactic. My last Guardiola tactic was in FM22 and it was about how the Cityzens play this season. However, due to the changes in FM23 and a few tactical changes in the team’s general style of play, I decided to recreate the tactic in Football Manager 2023.
City this season is still in the chase to win every possible trophy and I think they can win the quadruple, especially with the way Haaland is scoring this season. But we shall see how far they will go this season with their fine performance. Till then, let’s talk about their style of play and how I replicated it in FM23.
