Chelsea in the 2016/17 Premier League was a phenomenon under Antonio Conte. Conte started the campaign with a 4-1-4-1 tactic, they started the campaign fairly winning three of their first five matches, drawing once and losing once which were against Swansea and Liverpool. After losing against Liverpool, they went on to lose heavily against Arsenal 3-0. After that match, Conte introduced the 3-4-3 tactic with the likes of Moses, Alonso, Matic, Kante and Hazard being the most members of the style. Conte’s side clinched the trophy with 93 points, 30 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses.
I must say that Conte’s Chelsea was one of the greatest Chelsea and One of the best Premier League winning sides after Liverpool 2019/2020. Moreover, while I was creating the tactic, I decided to test it with West Ham but you can equally try it with your team. With no further ado, let’s get into the details of the tactic.
