Here’s FM22 Erik ten Hag Double Pivots tactic I replicated. Erik Ten Hag took the Manchester United job after the interim manager, Ralf Rangnick was not made the permanent head coach, leaving AFC Ajax after the 2021/2022 season. So far this season, I can say ten Hag is doing pretty well since he took the Man UTD hot seat. Not always but for it to work in FM23 in the out of possession instructions, you step up more, trap outside and stop crosses. I think it can with the changes and then leave the rest instructions unchanged.
