FM22 Pep Guardiola Updated Man City Tactic: 4-2-1-3 Version (Double 6)
In the previous Guardiola’s tactic, we discussed his 4-3-3-0 strikerless tactic, but as the season went on he switched to a 4-2-1-3 due to the great form of Gabriel Jesus. Jesus was the striker while Bernando Silva was deployed to the double pivot position alongside Rodri, and then the De Bruyne became the central attacking midfielder. These changes in the tactic fetched Guardiola the 2021/2022 Premier League Trophy. Here’s Pep Guardiola updated Man City tactic.
However, there are still similarities between this version and the previous version but I won’t focus on the similarities but rather on the differences. So with further ado, let’s get into the differences.
